Its working under the scope of designing and manufacturing of Fashion Costume Jewelry, Silver Jewelry, Hair Accessories, Gift Items, Handmade Novelties and Semiprecious Stones.
Mr. Prageet Sharma, final year drop out of B.E. (Chemical) from Malviya Regional Engineering Collage, Jaipur gave birth to a dream in the form of Mushki's on 15th July 2002 in Delhi, that was being nursed from his college days with a group of friends.

This vision was well shared with Ms Manju Kawar, who herself is a successful entrepreneur in the same trade. With her precious guidance and blessings of our parents, we at Mushki' s started our work to design and produce the Indian hand made costume jewelry in the rural areas of the country.

We at Mushki's dream to build a bigger, well organized and very productive center where the satisfaction of the customer would be meeting through consistent quality and services.In turn, the basic need of health and education would be catered to the socially deprived craftsmen and their families, who are the back bone of this vast cottage industry.


ACHIEVEMENTS N ACTIVITIES:-
We are a team of young, dynamic and skilled craftsmen running this design & manufacturing unit of costume jewelry and artifacts in sterling silver, semi precious stone, glass, ceramic, bone, horn, wood, terracotta & mother of pearl shells etc.

Established four production units in rural areas near Delhi besides a regular unit in Delhi produce to bulk quantities on an assembly line concept & undergo rigorous quality checks at intermediate stages of production.

All the Hand Made jewelry and other products are being design and produce through a well written procedure. At each step, the critical parameters are inspected and gauged with calibrated instrument, and documented properly. We have a design center manned by young designers producing new contemporary designs based on market predictions & counter sampling the items given by buyers/ other designers.

We have our own Manufacturing unit of principal raw material i.e. glass, bone beads & finalize tie-ups for other raw material. We have our own Micron Electroplating Plant for desired thickness & finish of copper/ miralloy, silver & gold. We have developed specialties in nickel free silver & gold. We have a polishing unit for fine finish & to protect human skin we give a finish of thin layer of protection sheet of fine e-coat (thin layer of lacquer) through electrophoretic process and spray lacqering.
