He started his dream company in 1997 with name W. D. Craft. His dream company touched new height with name of Mushkis Creations Pvt. Ltd. In 2003.He is counted among the best in this field. | Prageet Sharma, a final year drop out of BE (Chemical) from Malviya Regional Engineering Collage, Jaipur, India, gave birth to W. D. Craft on Sept, 1997 in Delhi, which was later on the eve of 24th June 2003, reincarnated to Mushkis Creations Pvt. Ltd, to share the bigger international horizon. “All we born on the earth are same and should get equal opportunity to survive and lead our lives”; “Give first to the needful, what ever you have”; “Share what you possesses to those who are deprived” are the few teaching breastfed by mother, Mrs Aruna Sharma. Who always tried to nurse my mind logical, while concluding right or wrong in every action. She always tells a moral story from her never emptied and never corrupted, mega and mega giga bite story- processor; mind. Giving a moral bite rather punishing was her mantra to bring me up, says Prageet. Her upbringing was carried forward by the Bade Guru ji; Principal of his Primary School, Adarsh Vidya Mandir; Dausa, India, Shri Babulal ji Sharma’s teaching widely based on ancient vedic mantras like; “Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam (the entire earth is but one family)”; “Vidya dadaati viniyam (knowledge makes one humble)” and “Tamaso maa jyotirgamaya (from darkness, lead us unto Light)”. The mindset of “Sarve Bhadrani Pashyantu, ma kinchit dukh: bhagyabhawet; May we all experience what is good and let no one suffer”, philosophy, well cohered with the childhood friend Rupa jha, now a prominent and renowned journalist's belief in the philosophy of Equal opportunity of Health, Education and Work in the society and “har haath ko kaam ho aur kaam ka poora daam ho”. Her observation during school time participation in campaigning and marching for socially deprived people, fighting for their rights and organizing fund raising program for flood relief camps in the state of BIHAR, enhanced my outlook for future life. A dream to own and lead a business house based on ethical values started taking shape with a core group of friends Ashish, Bimal, Kapil, Sumit and Rajat from the same Malviya Engineering College, Jaipur. It was Ashish who supported me on shifting New Delhi as i have some other sweet relations with this city says Prageet mischievously. I started taking proper industrial training under Ashish's Father Mr Arun Kumar Jain, an illustrious Industrialist, than md, Bio Foods Pvt Ltd. By watching him and his disciplined routine i got the soul of owning and running a manufacturing unit in rural India. The daily discussions with Ashish reinforced the fundamentals of finance for running an industry. Mr M. C. Garg the Production manager of the plant and senior Supervisor Mr Tejveer Singh choudhary has given me the flare to handle manpower and their immense experience handling production floor pave the path to understand the basic needs, deeds and psyche of fellow workers. Those are like primary school teachers of my industrial life, says Prageet with tears in his eyes as the sudden demise of Mr Arun jain on 22nd aug 1996 made him orphan 2nd time in life after his father Dr. Padmakar Sharma's sad demise on 4th aug 1987 in a train accident, when he was merely of 17 years old. The dreams shattered due to this sad demise restarted realizing in to a manufacturing hub with a proper support of overseas orders grabbed by another close friend Ms Manju Kawar, who herself is an eminent designer and entrepreneur in the same trade. Creative and philanthropic aspect of this work is well balanced off with proper accounting and auditing by my Charted Accounted cum friend Mr Rajeev Bansal sign offs Prageet. |

The desired thickness and finish of copper, alloy, silver and gold, can be given by our own Micron Electroplating Plant. The quality and the safety of the workers are the core objectives of the plating unit for this we use lead free, Nickel free, silver and gold plating material. To protect the lustrous finish of jewelry from tarnishing, a thin layer of E-coat (Electrophoresis lacquer) is given by the skilled personnel. Spray lacquering is preferred for the intricate designs. We have managed to develop our own warehouse unit with team of skilled personnel, who are well versed with the quality standards applicable for manufacturing and export.
